The modified file is available only after payment is confirmed. If you experience a problem caused by our file work, contact us with the order, vehicle and error details: we review the issue and provide the necessary corrections at no extra cost. If we confirm a file error that we cannot resolve, we issue a refund of the amount paid for the file service within 7 calendar days of that confirmation. Crediting times depend on the payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
